Anne and Eric got married at the Iris Club in Downtown Lancaster, PA. Here were some of my favorite couples shots. Side note, I loved that they shared a beer at the Taproom before they got married.

PhotOle is M.I.A
November 16, 2010Dear readers,
I want to apologize for the lack of blog entries. I’ve been extremely busy. This year I’ve reached many goals I had set for my business. I’ve successfully established PhotOle Photography in Lancaster, an accomplishment that I am truly proud of. I also launched PhotOle Photo Booth, AKA Lancaster Photo Booth. The PhotOle Photo Booth has more dates on next year’s calendar than John Mayer. And it should, because it’s pretty awesome. With that said I will be adding more features to the booth that will take your parties and events to rock star status.
In conjunction with wedding photography, I’ve been active with the Lancaster business community and honored with a nomination to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors for The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. Click here to read more on my nomination to LCCI Board of Directors.
No one succeeds alone. I am here because of all of you and your undying support. Thank you for reading my blog, supporting my business and helping me along the way. This is just the beginning of PhotOle Photography. BRACE yourselves.
French Creek Golf Club – Birthday Party
October 14, 2010 Who doesn’t love surprise birthday parties? The French Creek Golf Club came alive with the bustle of women trying to put together something wonderful for their close friend. Ellen was definitely amazed at the event that her friends planned for her 60th birthday. The look on her face said it all and you could tell the surprise had worked. What she said was even more amazing was that they brought in a real photographer to capture the event. What better way to celebrate your birthday than with good food, amazing friends, and exceptional photos to remember everything afterward? Some traveled hundreds of miles for the event, which brought a huge smile to Ellen’s face to see her sister for the first time in awhile.

Valley Green Inn Wedding : Melissa and Meghan
October 13, 2010She was nervous. She was excited. They were beautiful and breathtaking. Melissa and Meghan (M&M). M&M’s wedding was probably one of the most relaxed and easy weddings I have photographed to date. Look at the pictures closely. The way they look at each other, the way they smile, the place where their hands fall, it tells me everything about them. They are kind and caring, I couldn’t have asked for more. Clients like M&M are the reason why I am a wedding photographer. They love my work, respect me, and allow me to be the artist that I am. Thank you.

PhotOle Photography Internship : Lisa
October 4, 2010Do it right the first time. Yes, that is Lisa’s work motto. Lisa is our new intern, she is a junior and a photography major at Millersville University. She is disciplined and detail oriented. She is smart, very smart. We are honored that she is working with us because she has an impressive portfolio and extremely talented. She is committed to making sure our clients’ expectations are met.
Lisa’s loyalty astounds us. After she accepted the intern position, she asked her employer for time off on weekends and she was let go. Yes, we feel terrible about it but we are going to make it up to her and give her the best experience of her career. We see a light in her eyes.
Everyone please help us welcome Lisa to the PhotOlé team.
